In this role, the welder/fitter is responsible for performing high-quality welds on structural steel components, ensuring strong, accurate, and compliant joints while adhering to strict safety and quality standards. Key tasks include reading and interpreting blueprints/shop drawings, fitting and assembling steel assemblies, operating welding equipment, and performing quality inspections.
Requires demonstrated welding experience or certification, strong blueprint reading skills, commitment to safety, and ability to work in an active manufacturing facility.
