Box Elder County Issues Road Work Notice for Short Divide Power Pole Project

Box Elder County officials announced that road crews will be performing essential power pole installation and maintenance work along the Short Divide roadway throughout November 2026. The active work schedule will run Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Motorists traveling through the Short Divide corridor are advised to watch for and strictly follow posted detour signs, allow extra travel time, and remain vigilant for road crews operating in the area.
