Brigham City Council Unanimously Rezones 4-Acre Cotton Grove Drive Parcel to Multi-Residential

Brigham City Corporation · Brigham City, Utah

At its Nov. 5 meeting, the Brigham City Council voted unanimously to approve Application #26-095, rezoning approximately four acres at the west end of Cotton Grove Drive (about 640 South, between 1100 West and the railroad corridor) from split A-5 Agricultural and R-M-7 zoning to entirely R-M-7 Multiple Residential (up to seven units per acre). Planning staff noted the change aligns with the General Plan Medium Density Residential map and neighboring residential density, and any future subdivision will still require separate site and ordinance review.
