Judge postpones bail hearing for former teacher in child sex abuse case

A Cache County judge postponed a bail and detention hearing Monday for Patrick Alan Green, a former Garland Elementary School teacher facing multiple felony charges across two counties, after his defense attorney requested additional time to review newly filed child sexual abuse cases in Box Elder County. Judge Spencer D. Walsh rescheduled the hearing for November 30 to allow the defense time to examine evidence related to the new charges before deciding whether to revoke Green's bail.
